Public share offerings (IPO / SPO)
We prepare and implement the entire process of issuing new shares, including their public listing on the stock exchange. We have solid experience in comprehensively managing issues of securities on the regulated (public) market, which includes in particular:
- providing strategic advisory services and preparing the assumptions of a shares issue
- drawing up the necessary documentation for executing a public issue
- coordinating the efforts of all institutions involved
- representing the company to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and the National Depository for Securities (KDPW)
- organizing sales and arranging meetings with potential investors
- acting as lead manager for the offering (arranging a consortium of brokerage houses)
In an IPO (Initial Public Offering), a company sells its shares in a public offering for the first time and lists them on the stock exchange.
In an SPO (Secondary Public Offering), a company sells its shares in a public offering not for the first time, e.g. releasing a new issue of shares.
