Raising capital
Our advisory services help clients tap into public and private capital markets.
Sources of such capital include:
- equity instruments - public (IPOs and SPOs) and private issues of shares
- debt instruments - bond issues
- hybrid instruments - which combine characteristics of shares and bonds
Capital may be raised from:
- a strategic/trade investor
- various financial investors, including banks, investment funds, and private individuals
Another possible source of capital is the Investor LBO FIZ, private equity fund, for which DI Investors serves as the portfolio manager (or in special cases the other funds of Investors TFI).
The DI Investors team has extensive experience in processes of finding trade investors and financial investors for companies. We offer assistance at every stage of the process as well as a full range of supplementary services, including strategic analysis, company valuation, preparing business plans and information memoranda, organizing the due diligence process, and assistance in negotiations and closing the transaction.
