We offer capital and strategic/restructuring advisory services for companies in the form of private equity. The purpose of such capital may be to fund:

organic growth

acquisitions, consolidations

financial or operational restructuring

For companies in need of restructuring, we offer advisory services with regard to market strategy, operational optimization, assets, financing, and changes in ownership/financial structure. In certain cases we may also assist in finding a trade investor to perform operational restructuring.

We currently focus on projects with the following parameters:

nonpublic companies that have been in business for a minimum of several years

private equity investment between PLN 5m and PLN 100m

selectively: innovative firms at an early stage of operation
