DI Investors is a private investment banking company managed by experienced owners who have been professionally involved in the financial markets for a decade and a half.

The company forms part of the Investors Holding S.A. capital group, enabling us to benefit from the synergy generated by the companies under the ‘Investors‘ brand:

• DI Investors, offering investment banking services,
• Investors TFI, an investment fund company now managing assets worth 2.3 billion PLN

Cooperation within the capital group framework and the large base of investors enable us to offer access to the capital in the managed funds and the ability to place newly issued securities.

Our success and experience can be gauged in terms of the growth in value of the companies we have served and the long-term relationships we maintain. Proof can also be found in the overall value of the transactions we have carried out on behalf of our clients, which now stands at several billion PLN.

Although were are based in Poland we also handle transactions abroad, having experience with projects in Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
