DI Investors (Dom Inwestycyjny Investors S.A.) specializes in providing a wide range of investment banking services.

We focus on:

• raising capital for companies from public and nonpublic markets

• providing strategic and financial advisory services (corporate finance)

• serving as the portfolio manager for the ‘Investor Private Equity FIZ‘ fund

• conducting public and private offerings of securities

DI Investors was founded at the initiative of the same individuals who had set up the Investors TFI investment fund management company several years before. DI Investors expanded in late 2008, when it was joined by a group of investment advisers previously operating as the firm FAS Polska Financial Advisory Services. The owners/managers of FAS Polska then became DI Investors management board members and shareholders.
