Strategy

Our managers are excellently qualified, as confirmed by many years of experience and outstanding performance indicators. Their market insight puts them in a position to develop unique solutions for clients. Key investment decisions are made by a group of experienced individuals (the Investors TFI Investment Committee).

Long-term and close relations with investors help us to deliver tailor-made services. Our policy of getting know our clients well through years of devotion is important especially in providing services to publicly listed companies and developing just the right investment solutions (such as dedicated closed-end investment funds or securities issues).

Our comprehensive approach means providing professional consultations and supplying start-to-finish solutions, most of them representing our own original concepts. We have a range of standard solutions at our fingertips, but also offer many dedicated solutions best adapted to investor preferences. We coordinate the entire process of issuing securities on the public market, including the contributions of external specialists and institutions (auditors, attorneys, the stock exchange and depository).

Our company is largely owned by its key management staff, a fact that ensures the success of its long-term strategy. It entails greater stability of the management staff responsible for projects, and also offers greater flexibility compared to the rigid corporate rules of large financial groups, which can often stifle creative ideas and hamper investment opportunities.

Fees are collected for the most part on a ‘success-fee‘ basis, i.e. based on profits generated and successful project finalization. This ensures that our management staff are always playing on the same team as our clients, motivating them to choose projects that offer high yield potential.
