Michał Jarosławski, Director

Coordinates the process of public and private securities issues. Gained his experience working for FAS Polska, ERA GSM, CWT Polska, ING Bank Śląski, and KPMG Audyt. A graduate of Warsaw School of Economics.

Justyna Przysucha, Manager

Prepares valuations and strategic analyses of companies and participates in merger and acquisition projects. Gained her experience working for FAS Polska and BRE Bank. A graduate of Warsaw School of Economics and a licensed securities broker.

Alicja Mączewska, Manager

Performs financial analyses, creates budgets and financial models. Gained his experience working for FAS Polska and on internships at Deloitte. A graduate of Warsaw School of Economics, she studied in Paris at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. A licensed securities broker.

Krzysztof Czerwiński, Legal Advisor

Manages the legal aspects of activity of the DI Investors S.A. He gained his experience i.a. in the Leśnodorski Ślusarek and Partners law office, where he dealt with restructurings, mergers and acquisitions as well as competition law, including issues of public aid. A graduate of the University of Warsaw, the trainee barrister.

Anna Błaszak, Senior Analyst

Prepares valuations of companies, strategic and financial analyses, creates budgets business models and budgets. Gained her experience working for FAS Polska, Bank Pekao SA, and an international auditing company. A graduate of Warsaw School of Economics and a licensed securities broker.

Jarosław Palejko, Senior Analyst

Participates in public and private securities offerings, performs business valuations, financial analyses and modeling. Gained his experience working in capital markets group at PwC and assurance department at Ernst & Young. A graduate of Warsaw School of Economics and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

Martyna Brzozowska, Analyst

Performs financial, investment and strategic analyses. Gained her experience working for FAS Polska. She completed the dual diploma program between Warsaw School of Economics and Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz (Germany).

Paweł Tomalski, Analyst

Prepares financial, pre-investment analysis and valuations of companies. Takes part in bond issue, IPO, M&A and private equity projects. Gained experience in TPA Horwath Coporate Finance and Union Investment TFI, a graduate of Warsaw School of Economics, is a Level III CFA Candidate.

Paweł Uss, Analyst

Performs financial and investment analyses. Gained his experience working for Dąbrowski Finance, Grant Thornton Frąckowiak and Ministry of Finance. A graduate of Warsaw School of Economics and Postgraduate Studies in Project Management.

Michał Maroszek, Junior Analyst

Supports the team of analysts in preparation of business valuations, financial analyses and models . Participates in public and private securities offerings. Fifth year student at Warsaw School of Economics.

Paulina Majcherczak, Office Manager

Coordinates office administration, document management, administrative support for accounting, and cooperation with outside companies.
